BiographyMrs. Ruth Lowe Bookman, sculptor and the wife of Dr. John Bookman, died yesterday at Mount Sinai Hospital. Her age was 52 and she lived at 21 East 87th Street.

A graduate of the George School in Bucks County, Pa., and Barnard College, Mrs. Bookman-Lowe was a member of the National Academy of Design, the Silvermine Artists Guild of New Canaan, Conn., and the Nation al Association of Women Art ists. She was a trustee of the Town School, 540 East 76th Street.
