Artist, brother, uncle, friend. 'Bud' was born in The Beach, Toronto, to James Cunningham and Isobel Seagram. He attended the Ontario College of Art and the Art Students League, NYC. He was a portrait and landscape artist who painted many dignitaries: his greatest achievement was a portrait of Governor General Georges Vanier. Pre-deceased by his long-time friend and companion Sylvia Hvidsten; brother James Cunningham; sister Mary Miller. He will be missed by his loving sister Elizabeth Biedinger, and many devoted nephews, nieces, and friends. A celebration of Bud's life
will be held at St. James Cemetery in Toronto this summer.
